Residential Design Projects

Pearl Condo, Portland, Oregon

Several key elements were used to bring warmth and personality into this condo. The white concrete ceilings were troweled with plaster and painted with copper and bronze tones; ceiling molding was added. With use of the Core Color Plan, a Sherwin Williams color palette was created to transform the white walls. Floor length draperies were designed to frame spectacular views of Portland and new lighting designs were installed throughout the condominium. The end result is a striking and soulful blend of earthy tones and urban elements--an inviting space my client could finally call home. See more.

City Bungalow, Eugene, Oregon

The owner wanted a “soothing place to come home to.” Inspired by earthen tones, we selected dark, richly textured fabrics to adorn the custom furniture and decorative pillows. A new window seat and breakfast bar were added to create inviting spaces for family and friends. An eclectic art collection, customized lighting, paint, faux finishes and decorative tiles provide distinction and intriguing points of interest throughout the home. See more.

World Collector, Lake Oswego, Oregon

My client had spent several decades working and traveling the world, acquiring a beautiful array of gifts and collectibles from many locations around the globe. This project included a remodel of her kitchen and sitting room with new color and interior finishes to coordinate with existing counter-tops and back-splash. New draperies, re-upholstery, and custom furniture effects were added, like a newly stenciled and antiqued red secretary. I designed a custom mantelpiece in the center of the home,  a perfect resting place for her treasures and artifacts. See more.

The Edge Condominium, Portland, Oregon

With the use of the Core Color Plan, my clients were drawn to violets and plums and wished to incorporate these colors into their industrial loft. We applied lavender to the long south wall, plum to architectural columns dividing the space, and deep plum to the large window that frames a stunning view of Northeast Portland. The colors are profoundly soothing, complementing the maple cabinets and floors, and the stainless steel and black interior finishes.  See more.

Valley River Remodel, Eugene, Oregon

My clients wanted their newly purchased home to reflect their taste and color preferences. We installed custom woodwork and new interior finishes for a fresh start.  LED lighting above and below the cabinets highlighted the outstanding carpentry John Eberhardt of Hardtwood Cabinets & Design. A true master at his craft, John designed the Sapele wood cabinetry with rope trim and other unique features, providing an experience of distinction and elegance throughout their home. The interior finishes were transformed by expert contractor Lee Rademacher of Wall Paper Pro Eugene. Other members of the team included Stoneworks, Pacific Tile, Bill Bailey Plumbing, Lite Works and Portland Draperies. See more.
